What is chlorophyll?

So, chlorophyll is what makes plants, green! It is responsible for photosynthesis, where plants gain their light from the sun and makes it become energy!

What is liquid chlorophyll?

So, liquid chlorophyll is chlorophyllin, which is from chlorophyll that has been synthetically changed to have more of a copper atom rather than magnesium. So, you may be asking “why can’t we just use natural chlorophyll?” – that’s because it will not be able to survive the human digestive process!

Benefits of liquid chlorophyll?

So, I actually love taking liquid chlorophyll because of the benefits! It has antioxidants for the powerhouse – which fights the free radicals that can cause cancer. It is also high in vitamin K, A, E, and C – which helps boost the immune system, helps with blood clotting, aids healthy vision (and we all need that since we’re always on our phones and computers lol), and a lot more!

More benefits from liquid chlorophyll are that it helps with liver function, increases energy, helps fight cravings and weight loss, reduces inflammation, increases and refreshed the red blood cells in your body, natural internal deodorizer, and promotes anti-aging and glowing skin! It also has a lot more than just this!

The liquid chlorophyll I use

4So, I have been taking liquid chlorophyll for about 5 years (on & off) and I really do love it! I get mine from Whole Foods – I tried finding a direct link but it seems they do not have it online. What I like about this one is that it is vegan, alcohol free, fast acting, and it has a peppermint flavor! So – with that peppermint flavor, I usually drink it with some hot water – like a mint tea! It tastes wonderful!
