I am not a huge coffee fan, like, I love it, but I also feel sick after drinking it. So, I am most definitely a tea drinker. I have done research and found some amazing tea’s that help with skin and your body! And the best part? They taste amazing.
Tea is an amazing way to get toxins out of your body – so here are some recipes on different teas that help with that! Have these teas in the morning and it will set you for an amazing day!
Lemon Tea – A Simple Detox
What You Will Need:
1 tbsps raw honey (you can use more if you like it sweet)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup of water
How to Make it: Pour lemon and honey into a cup, and pour hot water over it. Stir until honey has dissolved! – This tea helps with detoxing the body and helps take toxins out!
Green Tea – Anti-Inflammatory
What You Will Need:
1 green tea bag
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
a small dash of pepper
How To Make It: Pour the hot water into a cup and add all ingredients. Mix it and drink up! – This tea helps get rid of the toxins that are causing inflammation.
Cinnamon Tea – Helps Burn Fat
What You Will Need:
1 cinnamon stick
1 bag of green tea
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
How To Make It: In a glass of hot water, pour all ingredients. Stir very well and consume! – This tea helps with inflammation and helps speed up the fat burning process. It also has amazing detox properties.
Ginger Tea – Skin Clearing
What You Will Need:
1 green tea bag
1 tbsp fresh sliced ginger
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
How To Make It: In a cup of hot water, add the tea bag and ginger slices. Let sit for a couple of minutes, then add honey and lemon juice and stir well. – The benefits of this tea are that in addition to it being anti-inflammatory, it also has anti-microbial properties that help flush out toxins from your body and help clear your skin!
Turmeric Tea – Healing
What You Will Need:
1 inch of fresh ginger (sliced)
1 tbsp raw honey
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp peppercorns
How To Make It: You will need to make this in a saucepan. So, in a saucepan, add filtered water, ginger, peppercorn, ginger, and turmeric. Allow everything to simmer for about 5 minutes. Once done, pour into a glass and consume. – Turmeric has a lot of benefits (You can see it in an older post), so turmeric with all the other ingredients helps treat sinus infections, colds, and stomach problems!
There are so many other types of teas out there, but I thought these would be beneficial for now!

The Cinnamon tea sounds yummy! I am definitely creating some of these teas while sitting at home. I’m trying to stop drinking so much coffee.
